Steven Hannegan is a fifth-generation Californian, whose family can trace its ties to the Palm Springs area back to the early days of Thunderbird Dude Ranch, now Thunderbird Country Club.  He is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara and holds an MBA from Golden Gate University.

Steve's only interest is his clients' interest in real estate in the Coachella Valley.  Known for his in-depth knowledge of the luxury market here, a long list of repeat customers and referrals is testimony to his extensive knowledge of the residential inventory from La Quinta to Palm Springs, which enables him to match his clients with the perfect property--whether a primary residence or vacation home.

Steve is a broker/associate member of the Louise Hampton Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for the past thirteen years, where he is partnered with an unsurpassed technical and office support team, allowing him to focus solely on the needs and objectives of his local and international buyer/clients.  The Louise Hampton Team has enjoyed consistent membership in the BHHS 'Top 100 Agents' nationwide.

Steve is also a member of a group of powerful leaders in luxury real estate know as Desert Estate Network.  This elite group networks together to provide buyers, sellers and vendors the highest level of professionalism and service in the Valley.

Steve began his career as a recruiter for the Santa Clara University admissions office, then joined IBM in marketing.  After managing a family-owned real estate office in the Canton, Ohio area, he established with First Boston Capital mortgage units in fifteen of the firm's offices.  He was an owner/partner of hig-end showrooms to the design trade in Orange County, San Francisco, and Palm Springs prior to joining the Hampton Team.
