Hank Hampton serves as President and Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, which, in October of 2015 became the successor company to Prudential California Realty, in business in the Coachella Valley for over 30 years.

Hank was formerly a real estate attorney in Ashland, Oregon, moving to the desert in 1981, as a condominium project developer and general contractor. He and his wife, Louise, formed Hampton Real Estate in 1986 and in 1987 became charter franchisees with the Prudential brand. His broad experience in all facets of the business make him uniquely qualified to lead one of the desert’s premier real estate sales operations.

Henry Hampton was born into a real estate family, but was diverted into the airline business for ten years, after graduating from law school.  He served as a pilot and Chief Pilot in charge of pilot operations, labor relations, financial management and regulatory compliance.  Henry returned to Palm Springs in 2014, to join his family in the real estate business.  His airline experience made him acutely aware that customer service is job one.  Henry also brings a wealth of technological skills to the company and has been instrumental in developing the systems and platforms required to run an effective real estate operation in today’s technological environment.

Henry is involved in his community in many different organizations and capacities.  He currently serves on the Palm Springs Airport Commission, is a Director of the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors, and Chairman of the Young Professions Network (YPN).  He is also an active member of the Palm Springs Sunup Rotary Club and volunteers many hours to the Cielo Vista Charter School in Palm Springs, which his daughters Heidi and Hana attend.
